Gyubee Japanese BBQ

Have you tried #JapaneseBBQ? I love the mesh grill & the high intense heat of the flame at @gyubeejapanesebbq . It gives the meat a nice charred flavour. Although I started grilling individual slices…I found that it was more flavourful (& easier) to grill 4-5 slices of meat together. The outer slices would have some char & inner slices would retain the fat and flavour of the meat & not be over cooked. I could eat the #beef brisket, short ribs & pork belly in lettuce wraps all day!….so good!
Tip: Don’t just bring anyone to Japanese BBQ as there are those who enjoy grilling…and those who want to go to a restaurant to eat & not cook.
