Chia Pudding Recipe

Good Morning & Happy Monday! Starting the morning and week off with something #healthy. The recipe below is for the peeps who want to try #Chiapudding . According to the poll (stories), more than half of you have not yet tried Chia pudding! Not only is it beautiful…it’s delicious!

Chia Pudding Recipe

Ingredients: 2-3 Servings
1 can of coconut milk (400ml)
5 tbls chia seeds
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 pint of berries or other fruit
*Optional – add sweetener or honey to taste

Directions:
Combine coconut milk & chia seeds. Let rest in fridge overnight (min. 1-2 hours). The rest time is for the chia seeds to gel and thicken the coconut milk. Serve in a cup or bowl and add fruit.
There are endless combos…you can make a chocolate pudding, avocado, matcha, strawberry, kiwi…endless. Always adjust recipes for your taste. Hope you enjoy.
