Steamed silk skin Xiao Long Bao with Pork & Crab. AKA Soup filled dumplings! As per soup dumpling aficionado’s there is a proper way to eat #XLB:
1. Put soy sauce and vinegar into the bowl with ginger.
2. Take the soup dumpling and dip it into the sauce.
3. Then put the dumpling onto your spoon, and poke a hole in the wrapper of the dumpling to release the juices.
4. And finally eat.
