Montecillo Rioja Crianza | Sangria Marinated Strawberries w/ Strawberry Tea & Chocolate Ganache

This Spanish wine has been made with Rioja’s native grapes, following a century-old tradition. Aged in oak barrels for 12 months with further bottle-aging. Montecillo Rioja Crianza pairs well with the dessert especially since the strawberries have been marinated in the wine for a few hours along with some brandy, peach schnapps and sugar. The tea surrounding the chocolate ganache is also made from the wine & fresh strawberries.
