Osborne Solaz Tempranillo Paired with
Poached Spanish Chorizo w/ Bell Pepper Stew & Herbed breadcrumbs

Solaz is a fusion of dark fruit from the Tempranillo & rich intensity from the Cabernet Sauvignon.  Notes of red fruit, vanilla & spice.  Solaz pairs well with the spicy yet sweet chorizo dish which was poached in Osborne Solaz & honey.

Over the next few weeks Chew Toronto will feature a range of Spanish wines from Bodegas Osborne.  The recipe pairings have been provided by Chef Salomon of Barsa Taberna & prepared in the Chew Toronto test kitchen.  Wines include Osborne Solaz, Montecillo Crianza & Montecillo Rioja Reserva.
